  **Updates to Job Titles, Skills, and Quotas**

  * Quotas are now generally available to all API partners.
  * Job Titles and Skills lists cleaned up, with major deduplication and removal of irrelevant or inappropriate entries from the endpoint.
  * Participant recruitment limit increased from 150 to 500 per project.
  * Bug fix: for API projects, Completion URLs now auto-mark participants as attended 24 hours after click.
  * Max job titles per project increased from 10 to 30.
