> Bug fix: Create Project no longer rejects B2B projects that target job functions without job titles.

  **Bug fix: Create Project accepts B2B job functions without job titles**

  Fixed a bug in Create Project. A B2B project that set `targetJobFunctions` and omitted `targetJobTitles` (or sent an empty array) was rejected with a `400` error: `professionalJobTitles should not be empty`.

  Job titles have been optional since the [Oct 30, 2024 update](/docs/Changelog/2024-10-30). Until this fix, targeting by job function alone only worked by creating the project with titles and then removing them on a draft update.

  Create Project now accepts functions-only targeting. When you do send `targetJobTitles`, the maximum of 30 job titles per project still applies.
