> New feature: target a custom age range with targetMinAge and targetMaxAge.

  **New feature: Custom age range targeting**

  Create Project and Update draft project now accept `targetMinAge` and `targetMaxAge` for B2B and B2C projects. Use them to target an exact age range instead of the fixed `targetAgeGroups` buckets. Both values are integers between `18` and `55`, and both bounds are inclusive. Project responses also return `targetMinAge` and `targetMaxAge`.

  * `targetMinAge`/`targetMaxAge` and `targetAgeGroups` are mutually exclusive. Sending both returns a `400` error.
  * `targetMinAge` must be less than or equal to `targetMaxAge`. Otherwise the request returns a `400` error.
  * You can send a single bound for an open-ended range. On Update draft project, send a bound as `null` to clear it.

  Existing integrations that use `targetAgeGroups` keep working unchanged.
