# Staging vs production

Respondent provides both Staging and Production environments to support safe development and reliable deployment of your API integration.

## Staging

The Staging environment is free to use and fully functional, allowing developers to build and test integrations in a risk-free environment. To learn more, see: [Staging Environment](/docs/Getting-started/staging-environment)

## Production
