Requirements for Production Credentials

Before your implementation can get access to production, we require a few steps to ensure that your researcher customers and Respondent participants have a great experience.

Specifically, before releasing production credentials:

• We will conduct a review of your implementation on Staging to validate that projects can be created and recruited effectively and that participants are assigned appropriate statuses. This includes:
  • A high-level overview of the project lifecycle
  • For moderated studies, ensuring that there is a scheduling mechanism in place
  • Ensuring that participants and researchers being able to communicate effectively with each other
  • Ensuring that researchers are able to report participants that misrepresent themselves
• We must have an executed API Partner Master Services Agreement (MSA) in place
• You must create a Production researcher organization and a dedicated team for API projects set up on the Respondent platform. The email address of the organization owner will also be used to receive transactional emails
  • You must then send us the organization_id and the team_id for us to fund the account with incentives and recruiting fee credits appropriate for the volume of recruiting you intend to conduct.
